I applaud you on such a brave article. It seems to have ruffled feathers, which isn't a bad thing. Overall, when you look at those who historically (or currently) revered as "saintly" have some questionable practices in their lives, or maybe even be closely linked to someone with questionable practices. It's extremely difficult to dodge that. Conversely, even those who are regarded as "evil" have some positive traits. After all, we learn from them and borrow from them (just look at our interstate highway system). I think if a person does far more good for humanity than bad, we're in good shape. But it's impossible to completely avoid the negative.
